FAQs About Our Bottled Coffee

Is this cold brew?

Decimal bottled coffee is not cold brew; it’s espresso-based. We pull fresh espresso shots and mix the ingredients right before bottling. This results in a balanced drink with complex flavors, bright acidity, and pleasing sweetness.

How long do the bottles keep?

Drinks will stay good two weeks after bottling date as long as they are continuously refrigerated. We also recommend that you pour from the bottles instead of drinking from the lip if you are going to store them again to avoid contamination.

What drink would you recommend for me?

If you like your coffee classic and unsweetened, go for our classics: the americano and latte. The americano is espresso and water, the latte is espresso and milk.

Chocolate lovers will enjoy the mocha, which is espresso, bittersweet Belgian chocolate, and milk. The mocha has a sophisticated flavor that is not too sweet. Fans of sweeter chocolate will appreciate the orange mocha, which tastes like the chocolate bars we used to enjoy when we were kids.

Iced coffee fans can try the spanish latte, which is sweetened with our house-made condensed milk. Our spanish latte is well-balanced with a strong coffee flavor that is not too sweet.

The cubano is a unique drink that is sweeter and creamier than the spanish latte and is almost as good as dessert. It has additional spices like cinnamon that give it a warm, comforting flavor.

Black coffee drinkers who want to try something unique should get the yuzu black or the sangria. Yuzu black is an almost tea-like mix of espresso and Japanese citron, while the sangria is a non-alcoholic but coffee-based sparkling drink that tastes just like the popular fruity beverage.

For non-coffee drinkers and kids, we have chocolate milk, orange chocolate, and matcha lattes. The chocolate drinks also use Belgian chocolate and are pleasingly sweet but not overly so, and the matcha latte uses Uji matcha, which is sweet while still retaining a pleasing umami flavor.

What coffee do you use?

We use a blend of 100% specialty arabica beans: 25% from Ethiopia, and 75% from Brazil. Our beans are roasted by Exchange Alley Coffee House in Molito, Alabang.

Can I reheat the coffee?

We don’t recommend reheating / microwaving the coffee since it can affect the flavor and make the drink bitter. The best way to enjoy our coffee is very cold over ice.

Can the bottles travel?

For short distances inside air-conditioned vehicles, yes. But we recommend carrying them in a cooler or thermal bag if they will be exposed to warm temperatures or kept out for long periods of time.

What other sizes are available?

Bottled drinks come in 300ml, 500ml, and 1 liter variants.

How much coffee is in a bottle?

We make our 500ml bottles with quad shots of espresso, so 300ml bottles have a little over two shots, and 1 liter bottles have about eight shots of espresso.

Do you only have cold bottled coffee?

Decimal also has hot and cold cafe service drinks served at the shop, which is located inside Avida Shophouse Technopark near Don Bosco / La Salle / the Barangay Binan barangay hall. You can get there through the West Service Road beside CALAX. The location is searchable on Google Maps.

Where else can I get your coffee?

We can deliver via direct message, or the foodpanda and Grab apps. We also have regular drops in Alabang, BGC, Makati, and Pasig, which you can pre-order for.
